NEW PROGRAM!
The TDA Youth Fitness and Athlete Development Program is a conditioning class for kids who play sports and are looking to elevate their game. Through guided expert instruction, your child will build and enhance their strength, agility, flexibility, and improving overall athletic performance. Dance is our world...
TDA is equipped with mirrors, air conditioning, ballet barres, and sprung floors to prevent injury.
The studio is furnished with video cameras and a viewing television for parents, grandparents, friends and family.
