Take Your Sports Performance to the Next Level

The TDA Youth Fitness and Athlete Development Program is a conditioning class for kids who play sports and are looking to elevate their game. Through guided expert instruction, your child will build and enhance their strength, agility, flexibility, and improving overall athletic performance.

With age-appropriate exercises, young athletes enhance coordination, dexterity, balance, and endurance—key factors for excelling in sports while minimizing injury risks and fostering long-term physical health. Designed for kids aged 6 to 17, the program helps them move better, faster, and stronger, preparing for summer sports, fall, and winter seasons. Most importantly, we focus on building age- and skill-specific foundations for future success.

In our small-group sessions, which run from September 9, 2024 to June 7, 2024, you’ll receive a mix of group and personalized coaching. You’ll have your own space to move, lift, and learn, helping you to improve both in your sport and in daily life. Join us to develop a lifelong appreciation for health and fitness while enhancing your overall performance.

Dress Code

  • Students are asked to wear clothing they can move in, avoid jeans/movement restricting clothing

  • Indoor sneakers are required for this class
